Terms of Service
Payment
Once your slot request is accepted you'll be contacted with a lik for the payment wich must be made in the next 24 hours of the slot will be re open.
Payment upfront via ko-fi webpage. USD only.
Usage
The commissioner is free to use the art commissioned in any personal use that they so desire. Commercial use of the artwork in any capacity is not permitted unless agreed beforehand.Is recommended for the commissioner to not post the art in high resolution since it can be used by an individual who decided to make a profit from it.
Communication
Communication will be via Discord so a username will be required. An e-mail address will be asked to send the final files and as a safe measure (losing access to discord account, not being able to reach through ko-fi, etc).For questions regarding commissions and/or this TOS you can reach out through instagram or bluesky inbox.
References
The commissioner can provide as many picture references as they want for the piece. Doodles, color palettes, mood boards are also ok as references.
For descriptions please keep it clear and as straightforward as possible, things being listed help a lot.
For OCs describing things like their personality or the way of interacting with others will help to portray the character better.Sending unclear and confusing references might result in the rejection and refund of the commission.
Process
Step 1: Reference approval
After the references are received this will be reviewed and approved to start the work. The commissioner might get to respond to extra questions so everything is as clear as possible for the artist.Step 2: Posing sketch
This is the first check-in in which the commissioner will receive two/three options of poses to pick one for the art piece. Here the commissioner can make changes for the poses free of charge.Step 3: Sketch
The second check-in will be after the detailed sketch is done so the commissioner can review it. Here the commissioner can ask for small adjustments free of charge. Full pose changes will not be accepted.Step 4: Coloring
The commissioner will get a view of the final piece (flat color or cell shade). Here the commissioner can make minor changes on color once reached this point in the process. If there are no changes the final files will be sent to the e-mail provided.

If something is missing from the references and a mistake is made in the drawing of the character/fanart, fixes are free.
Any changes out of the process stage or other changes will cost 20% extra.A link will be provided for the commissioner to track the stage process of their commission.
Working times
Deadline for a commissioned art piece is a month (31 days).
Commissions from the same period will be worked in parallel. Do not ask for more slots if there are no additional slots, in order to better satisfy the current pieces being worked on.Communication between the artist and the commissioner is expected to be somewhat agile as to not delay the piece. If the artist feels like the commissioner is delaying the steps detailed beforehand with slow or insufficient answers and is made aware that their responses are delaying the commission, the artist reserves the right to open additional slots as long as the piece is being needlessly delayed due to poor communication.The artist reserves the right to delay certain works for personal reasons, with prior communication and options being offered to the commissioner and with an estimated extra time limit.
What you will receive
The commissioner will receive in their e-mail a PNG file with solid and another with transparent background. A PDF file of the piece can be provided if the commissioner ask for it.PSD editable file is not included, and has an extra $50USD cost.
Additional
- The artist reserves the right to cancel and or refund (depending on the process stage of the piece) a commission at any time, with prior notification to the commissioner, due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, lack of basic boundaries and respect towards the artist.- The artist reserves the right to refuse a commission or changes to the commission if these are in the NOPES list, if these go against the previous agreement during the references process (step 1) or surpass a hard boundary not previously agreed upon.-The artist reserves the right to reject a commission before starting without question with a full refund.-The artist reserves the right to modify and reuse any rejected pose sketches.-If an NSFW piece is asked for, the artist reserves the right to ask for proof of age once before starting up the commission.-If the commissioner wants to cancel the commission they can get a full refund before the posing sketch is sent (step 2), and a 75% refund in the sketch stage (step 3). After that process stage no refunds will be made.-The artist reserves the right to not associate themselves with the commissioner if there is content that may be damaging towards the artist
By placing a slot the commissioner acknowledges that they have read these terms, understand the terms of service, and will be bound by these terms and conditions. The commissioner further acknowledges that these terms of use represent the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between the artist and the commissioner.

El comisionador tiene la libertad de usar la obra encargada para cualquier fin personal que desee. No se permite el uso comercial de la obra, en ningún caso, salvo acuerdo previo.Se recomienda al comisionador no publicar la obra en alta resolución, ya que podría ser utilizada por alguien que desee lucrar con ella.Comunicación
La comunicación se realizará a través de Discord, por lo que se requerirá un nombre de usuario. Se solicitará una dirección de correo electrónico para enviar los archivos finales y como medida de seguridad (por ejemplo, si se pierde el acceso a la cuenta de Discord, no se logra contactar a través de Ko-Fi, etc.).Para preguntas sobre encargos o estas Condiciones de Servicio, pueden contactarme a través de mensaje privado en Instagram o Bluesky.Referencias
El comisionador puede proporcionar tantas imágenes como desee para la obra. También se aceptan como referencias dibujitos (doodles), paletas de colores y mood boards.
Para las descripciones manténgalas claras y concisas; una lista de elementos es de gran ayuda.
Para los personajes originales, describir aspectos como su personalidad o su forma de interactuar con los demás ayudará a representar mejor al personaje.Enviar referencias poco claras o confusas podría resultar en el rechazo y el reembolso del encargo.Proceso
Paso 1: Aprobación de referencias
Tras recibir las referencias, se revisarán y aprobarán para comenzar el trabajo. El comisionado podrá responder preguntas adicionales para que todo quede lo más claro posible para el artista.
Paso 2: Boceto de poses
Esta es la primer check-in. El comisionador recibirá dos o tres opciones de poses para elegir una para la obra. Aquí podrá realizar cambios en las poses sin costo alguno.
Paso 3: Boceto
El segundo check-in se realizará después de completar el boceto detallado para que el comisionador pueda revisarlo. Aquí podrá solicitar pequeños ajustes sin costo alguno. No se aceptarán cambios completos de poses.
Paso 4: Coloreado
El comisionador verá la pieza final (flat color o cell shading). Aquí podrá realizar pequeños cambios de color una vez llegado a esta etapa del proceso. Si no hay cambios, los archivos finales se enviarán al correo electrónico proporcionado.
Si falta algo en las referencias y se comete un error en el dibujo del personaje/fanart, las correcciones son gratuitas.
Cualquier cambio fuera de la etapa correspondiente u otros cambios tendrán un coste adicional del 20 %.

El plazo para una obra de arte por encargo es de un mes (31 días).
Los encargos del mismo período se trabajarán en paralelo. No solicite más slots si no hay disponibles, para satisfacer mejor las necesidades de las obras en curso.Se espera que la comunicación entre el artista y el comisionador sea ágil para no retrasar la obra. Si el artista considera que el comisionador está retrasando los pasos detallados previamente con respuestas lentas o insuficientes y es consciente de que sus respuestas están retrasando el encargo, el artista se reserva el derecho de abrir slots adicionales siempre que la obra se retrase innecesariamente debido a una mala comunicación.
El artista se reserva el derecho de retrasar ciertas obras por motivos personales, previa comunicación y con opciones a la persona encargada, con un plazo estimado adicional.Qué recibirás
La persona que encarga recibirá en su correo electrónico un archivo PNG con fondo sólido y otro con fondo transparente. Se puede proporcionar un archivo PDF de la obra si lo solicita.
El archivo PSD/CSP editable no está incluido y tiene un costo adicional de $50 USD.Adicional
- El artista se reserva el derecho de cancelar o reembolsar (dependiendo de la etapa del proceso de la pieza) un encargo en cualquier momento, previa notificación al comisionador, debido a mala comunicación, comportamiento grosero o inapropiado, falta de límites básicos y respeto hacia el artista.
- El artista se reserva el derecho de rechazar un encargo o cambios en el mismo si estos se encuentran en la lista de NOPES, si contravienen el acuerdo previo durante el proceso de referencias (paso 1) o si exceden un límite estricto no acordado previamente.
- El artista se reserva el derecho de rechazar un encargo antes de comenzar sin lugar a dudas, con un reembolso completo.
-El artista se reserva el derecho de modificar y reutilizar cualquier boceto de pose rechazado.
-Si se solicita una pieza NSFW, el artista se reserva el derecho de solicitar un comprobante de edad antes de comenzar el encargo.
-Si el comisionador desea cancelar el encargo, puede obtener un reembolso completo antes de que se envíe el boceto de pose (paso 2) y un reembolso del 75 % en la etapa del boceto (paso 3). Después de esta etapa del proceso, no se realizarán reembolsos.
-El artista se reserva el derecho de no asociarse con el comisionador si existe contenido que pueda ser perjudicial para él.
